Believable/Unbelievable Pairings

Have you ever looked at a fic pairing and said one of the following;

1.) Oh my GOD, that would SO never happen!

2.) What crack was this person smoking? And where could I get some?

3.) I just canNOT wrap my head around that!

So I must ask...

What pairing(s) do you find ridiculously OOC?

What pairing(s) do you find the most believable?

I personally do not like Ron slashed, and I've written Draco/Ron before. It didn't come easy, and I could only do it non-con style.
