Just something I need to get off my chest

I deleted my last post. What can I say? It was a moment of weakness.

That said...

I don't understand the way some people think. In the past couple of months, I've had a lot of people say they've wanted to talk to me, but were too afraid to ping me on Yahoo.

I know I have a pretty gruff exterior, but I have NEVER refused anyone's company. I welcome ANYONE to ping me. Even for what you may consider the most inane reason ever. I like talking to people. I like making new friends.

Please don't assume that I'm busy, or that I don't have time for you. I'll make the time if necessary.

I'm always willing to lend an ear. I'm always willing to beta. It doesn't matter if we speak on a daily basis, or if we've never spoken before.

I met one of my best friends through a random IM. We're still going strong ten years later.
