I was spoiled like crazy so Shannon's death didn't upset me so much as Ana being the one to kill her did. That just made me angry. Although I did feel bad for Sayid. I think he's gonna kick Ana's ass! hee!
I'm afraid on this side of the Atlantic we're only as far as Ethan being shot by Charlie so we've only just seen the episode where Shannon shags her step brother that she's been 'playing' for years. She's always come across as an empty barbie doll character so I won't miss her. And what's with the polar bears on a tropical island.

Aww, I was rather starting to like her. I think what got to me more was that her death seems so incredibly pointless and almost gratuitous. Hopefully they'll continue it in such a way that makes sense to me, but at this point, I don't see what the necessity was except to say "HA DON'T GET ATTACHED TO ANYONE, BITCHES! THEY COULD BE SHOT IN THE LAST 5 MINUTES OF ANY RANDOM EPISODE AND DIE!"
