Fandom Discussion: New HBP Additions -- yea or nay?

Since there have been several new character additions from HBP, I decided to do a post to see who took a shine or a dislike to whom -- and also to discuss new favorite ships.

I see no reason really to put this behind a cut. But I implore you, if you have not yet read HBP, DON'T peruse the comments!

What new characters did you like/dislike?

What new ships (or renewed interests in old, forgotten ships) have tickled your fancy?

"Why, yes, that would be it. I believe I have a first edition here...mmm, yes, the interior illustrations are of interest, I believe you'll find."

"Quite so. I designed them myself. AND wrote the book. Care for an autograph?"
