Dieting, oh hell, she had a flat out eating disorder (bulemia most likely)
When the parents claimed that starving to death would go against her religuous views (I don't understand either, something about suicide)my eating disordered friend made the rather crass comment that obviously that hadn't been a problem for her when she was awake and starving seemed a rather ironic way for her to go ^^;;;;
