*nods* exactly. The first time I read that section, it always struck me as odd. I mean, wouldn't they want to track what was going on? You suddenly have an escaped convict taking out vast amounts of money, and nothing is done? You'd think someone would pick up their head and go... 'hey... think we should investigate this'? But no... nothing. And it makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever.
