its illegal to sell it, but not to own/drink it. If you're in the US you can buy it online from a business that operates in a country where its legal and have it shipped. Larger orders sometimes raise suspicion when they get to the border as they might think you are buying a quantity to sell, but if you're just buying a couple bottles 99% of the time they don't even take a second look. If it interests you, its worth spending the money to try it. But if you do, its also worth it to spend extra for a good brand- there's some cheep piss out there.
