Personally, I hate lubrication spells. I don't quite know why, but I have a feeling it might be because it smacks of a convenience spell. As in "oh, I can't be bothered to think up anything realistic, so I'll use a spell!" Blargh. Another explanation might be that I write mostly Snape pairings, and I think his professional pride forbids him to use something as low as a lubrication spell.
Strangest lube I've used in a fic? In FPS, bowstring wax. In RPS, honey.
Fics with lubricated condoms? RPS, yes; FPS, no.
Fics with no lubrication whatsoever in say a non-con scenario? Yes, but it was a gift fic not published online. The scenario was non-con, but were I to write non-con again, I would likely write in some form of lubricant.
Lastly, I'm going to second prillalar's comment about the unsexiness of the word "lube". If there's one word that makes me fall out of a smutfic, it's that one.
