Yes, there was. Of course I also had a Harry Potter neighbourhood, complete with a number 4, Privet Drive. ;) It of course was more fun/made more sense when they released the "Makin' Magic"-extension. But one of the discs of my copy has since broke and so I can't re-install it and play it. :(
