Fandom Bits and Bobs

1.) Is there anything more satisfying than sending an exchange fic off? I think not.

2.) Had a lovely fannish evening with tracy7307, planejane, apple_pathways, venivincere, and kel_reiley last night. Lots of great food and conversation. We watched Thor, and I fell asleep during Captain America. It was past my bedtime, I tell you. Or, all the liquor might have been to blame.

3.) OMG, I want to sign up for HD Hols this year, but I really shouldn't. I am a menace to all fest mods :(((

4.) Smoochfest has started! Anyone have any recs so far? I have a tonne of Avengers recs and an Eagle fic I've been dying to read for a while now. I'm happy I'll have reading time again once more.

5.) Snow White and the Huntsman today. Also, GoT season finale. Whoot!

For once, I actually saw a movie in the theater! I saw Snow White yesterday. I was just passing by a theater and I said, why not? So I did. Between that and Avengers, that's more movies in the theater than I usually see in a year, all in two weeks. I rather adore Bella, see, because she has like three expressions, all of which make her look constipated, and who couldn't love that! And this movie didn't demand anything of her beyond what Twilight demanded. Beyond that, I will wait to share any reaction til I'm sure you've seen it.
