I don't THINK so. They have to be from Lucius' time though. But it's unlikely one of them is Tom Riddle, Tom had to have left school by the time Lucius was that old... I think.

Doesn't look like Gwenog Jones is there, right? WAIT the girl in the middle could be Gwenog. The guy could be Damocles Belby or Barnabas Cuffe (Prophet editor) - he doesn't look like the guy who would found Honeydukes and doesn't have the physique of a McLaggen. So there's (at least) one unidentifyable lady, because it obviously isn't Lily Evans.
