OMFG, I am stupidly in love with The Big Bang Theory.

I started watching the episodes in order, thus I reverted back to season one. I love EVERY character on this show. I NEVER love every character in a series. And OMG yay for Penny! Yeah, I'm probably biased. *G*

lol, I am watching dvds of it RIGHT NOW. I started at the beginning, too, and am halfway through season 3 now. I wish they did more with Penny's character, but at least she's better now than season 1.

Sheldon FTMFW, though, for serious.

Still can't ship anyone, alas, although I might give something a shot if it was Penny accidentally seducing him... or at least getting him to sport a stiff one, and then he gets all upset and confused. Heh.

I am *almost* done with season one, and at the rate I'm going, I'll be done in 2 weeks. Yeah, shipping took me a while. I'd watched all kinds of episodes and not in chronological order, so when the idea of Sheldon/Penny came about on my flist, I was like wot? I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around that, and it seems to be the most popular ship. It's kind of like the Eames/Arthur enigma in Inception. You either see it or you don't. IDEK, Lee.

I also love Sheldon/Penny so much because they are adorable together. The Failure of Einstein's Universe (http://archiveofourown.org/works/87555) is one of my favourites.

Hmm. I'm not sure why it's the most popular ship either! I think it's one of those odd things that just grows on people. Plus, I think canon ends up playing up to that pairing a lot more in season 3. *g* There are quite a few Sheldon/Penny ish scenes.

My husband and I often joke how much resembles many of the 'probably somewhere on the spectrum' genuises that we went to school with.

I also never get tired of Raj's 'can't talk to women unless he's drunk' bit. Somehow it never gets old.

But all in all, the whole ensemble just works and the writing is great. :)
