Fuck. Work Woes.

Fuck, I do not even want to go in to work today. My nerves are just fucking shattered.

I work in a not-so-nice area of Detroit. Yesterday, we had a drive-by shooting right outside our doors. Some man was just driving his car and minding his own business when someone opened fire on him and shot him. A few times I'd heard. The police were outside and in our building all damn day.

The loud noise I heard during lunch was him slamming into a telephone pole. This? Disturbs me greatly. As it should. The world is not a safe place and it frightens me and makes me angry as all fuck.

I have a CCW license, and I am considering carrying a gun to work. I think this scares me even more than the actual shooting. That I would even have to consider this. I know nobody that carries a gun to work for safety reasons.

To make matters worse, our plumbing was all jacked up yesterday, too. The toilets were unflushable for most of the day. Half of me was crawling out of my skin wanting to go home while the other half of me was miserable with penis envy. Yeah, it's okay to laugh here :P

*sighs*

I need a sugar mama so I don't have to work, dammit. Any volunteers?

HAHA! Seattleans! We have no fandom get-togethers yet, but we could make some! Ohhhh, you gotta try Seattle's Best Peppermint Mocha at Christmastime. With candy chunks and whipped cream and chocolate. SO GOOD.

I know a few people I could shuffle through a magazine on... Just sayin'. LOL!

Aren't coffee places heaven around the holidays? I'm already foaming at the mouth for the cranberry bliss bar at Starbucks.

*snorfles* I'd like to shoot some of the patients at our clinic. Some of them are too stupid to live :P

I don't know Aki Hoshi, but I do know Rom. Do they live close to you? There are more than a few people from fandom that live in Michigan, but most everyone lives an hour away. And I just found out that abusing_sarcasm and juniperus are both from here, too. Same distance problem, though. Let me show you my sad face :-(

Rom lives fairly close and we've made plans about 64 times to get together, but haven't quite made it, yet. LOL! *kicks life*

I have Yahoo and MSN, but I rarely sign on due to stalkers that have those addresses. (Guy stalkers, not fandom stalkers, lol!)
