R/S is like that first girlfriend/boyfriend you lose your cherry to and never quite get over. I cannot agree with you more! I obviously still ship them hardcore but it's because when I love I love forever. I recently found the blog of that person and my heart raced a little and I felt a little giddy just like reading a really old but really good fic does to me.
