I remember reading when I was in my teens the aphorism, "If you don't grow up by the time you're 35, you don't have to." Some may find it terrifying. I decided they were words to live by.
Getting older... it's a state of mind. You can be aged at 27 and young at 100. I know this first-hand from my child-like (in the good ways) great-uncle who just turned 100 and my brother who looks hard-worn for 27.
