I went to the movies Friday night and was unpleasantly surprised to find the price of admission went up fifty cents to nine dollars.

Nine. Fucking. Dollars.

Now I am not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but nine fucking dollars for a movie ticket is assrapage of the unlubed kind.

I'm rather curious about movie prices around the globe. I know when I was in Quebec a few years ago, a movie ticket was thirteen Canadian dollars. Un-fucking-believable.

What does a movie ticket cost where you live? What was the last movie you saw and was it worth the price?
