Fandom Discussion: Keeping the Sex from Going Stale

So you're sitting at the computer, your boys (or girls, or boys AND girls) are finally cooperating, you're ready for that all-important sex scene, and then you draw a blank.

You think;

Tab A into slot B -- what can I do that's different this time? What can I do that nobody's ever seen before? What, in this sex scene, is going to set mine apart from the rest? How on EARTH do I keep the sex new and exciting? Should I crack out the Kama Sutra?

If you've been in the Potterverse fandom (or really, any fandom) for long -- or even just a short while -- what do you do to keep the sex from getting stale?

Do you ever find writing sex scenes boring or tedious? Have they become the least favorite part of your writing?
