That's funny you know, while I can back up imkalena on feeling definitely intimidated by the profile info, and being a fluffy bunny, closet hippie person myself reading "guns" made me hide under my desk looking for daisies to put in the barrels, my ultimate reaction was actually the opposite. After coming back up from under my desk, because there ain't no daisies there, I thought, "Damn, now I want to meet her in person", and friended right away. :D

No. I live on the Iowa/Illinois border just south of I-80 and it's about a six hour drive to Lansing for MW*C, depending on the traffic/construction on the south side of Chicago. I've been three times. I know Detroit's rather north, but I think it's closer than six hours.
